Open Question: should i feed my 2 year old vitamins?

i've have my 10 year old on vitamins, hoof supplement and joint supplement so he'll stay healthy through his life and still be a good riding horse when he is older as i'll never sell him:) i have a 2 year old quarter horse now tho also, should i feed him the same vitamins hoof and joints to give him a good start in life for training and everything? or is he just better off without? just looking for people's opinion's.. they also get eastern oregon orchard hay and purina product grain(only like 2 lbs a day tho) let me know:)...
